Award-winning actress and film producer, Yvonne Nelson who lost her dad recently has made a passionate appeal to the high and mighty in the movie industry to come to the aid of those who need their help.
The 31-year old diva starred in Princess Tyra in 2007, a movie directed Frank Raja Arase. That movie undeniably was her breakthrough and has since become a household name in Ghana and beyond.
Perhaps aware of the intricacies and difficulties wannabes face to also hit the limelight, Yvonne Nelson called out to those in ‘power’ to extend a helping hand to those who need their help.
She said: “To the bosses, those in high places in the industry, giving back doesn’t always come in monetary forms, give people the opportunity.
