The final count-down days to the African epic action adventure film “THE SLAVE KING” has begun, which started from the Thursday, June 1, 2017. In an interview with the manager (Abigail Appiah) and Producer (Magnus Brooks) to the director of “THE SLAVE KING” film, Divine Jones (Major) they confirmed clearly that it’s now time for the director to speak about the film from a technical perspective on other press and media platforms during the count-down days media stations interview schedules.
Writer, Actor and Director Divine Jones (Major) who happens to be the director for “THE SLAVE KING” film is ready to set off on his count-down days media stations interviews on the film, on Radio Universe, was 2nd June which is a campus radio station inside the University of Ghana, Legon campus. Writer and director Divine Jones (Major) is one of the few directors the Ghana film industry has come to welcome with his own brand and style of film writing and directing. With his first degree in film directing from the National Film and Television Institute (Nafti), under the oversight of the University of Ghana, and also haven’t stayed in Germany, he combines both the African film art and the German expressionist film art to achieve what he wants in his films.
For over the past few years now, Ghana and some other close African countries have been desiring to watch something close to their culture and heritage. ” THE SLAVE KING” film happens to be one of such kind that depicts the true nature of an Africa setting. With just 1minute 58seconds of the trailer released by the production companies of the film (Ultimate Screen Productions and GRC Concepts), every viewer happens to give a thumb up for the professional work been done.
