His whole life, he has been fascinated by photography but it wasn’t until 2006 that he found his true passion for it. He has finally found such happiness in being able to capture these little moments that he knew he wanted to make this a career change for himself.
In 2006 he started taking pictures as Rob’s Visual. In 2015, he changed the business name to Rob Photography.
In Ghana, photography use to be reserved for a certain age group as they are affectionately referred to as, “Photo” which made a lot of young men shy away from the profession but today the story is different as young men are doing exploits with a hold of a camera and a laptop as they equally make a good living out of that.
It’s interesting how the public have lately waded in with mad love for pictures from birthday photo shoots, during pregnancy and after birth shoots to pre and post wedding photoshoots among others.
Known in real life as Robert Abban, the young CEO of Rob Photography is known for his professionalism on the job and capturing those priceless moments engulfed in emotions on camera at any sought of event, be it; Birthdays, Awards, outdoor and indoor events, conference, church events among others.
Nanakesse24.com had a small interview with Robert Abban, when we asked him why he chose photography as a career.
I love capturing the moments in life and having pictures that take you back to a memory. I feel so blessed that people want me to be the one who gets to share that special time with them by taking pictures. Life happens so fast, but photography allows you to capture special moments and treasure them forever; he said
